Congratulations on your business and hanging tough for three years! So many parents asked me if I had any curriculum ideas for their child. Nice to have resources like this.

Thanks so much for your wishes and your support, Pete. It’s been a tough three years. Here’s hoping I make it through the next three. 🙂

Well in many ways you are – of course I say that with some life seasoning under my belt.
20 years ago we took a new job (hubs did) and his boss said something like the first few years will be laying the foundation – and we kinda thought he exaggerated –
        But now see his wisdom.
And also realized how warped our sense of time can be – for some of us that is.
And maybe a pervasive message in our culture has that instant and quick timeline vibe
        Ugh
And if you are not “here” by this age well you might be late!
I know an almost 50-year-old man who is back in school getting his degree – he ran a business for his career and is pursuing a new area.
Some young person said “I think it is nice at your age that you are doing this”
        Ha
He told us about it and reminded them that Colonel sanders started KFC in his 60s
And he said he was just getting started on this next phase!
Anyhow – best wishes in the upcoming years for Readilearn

Thanks so much for your encouragement, Yvette. I wish I could be as successful as Colonel Sanders. 🙂
I laugh when you say someone ‘almost 50’ is changing careers and a ‘young person’ commented on it. How our attitude to age changes as we age. Almost fifty sounds deliciously young to me now that I’m almost something quite a bit more. 🙂
