Wishing you a Happy Easter Holiday!
It’s Easter time again and I wish you and your loved ones a very happy holiday, however you celebrate it.
I’ve been brought down by the flu and haven’t uploaded as many new resources for you as I’d hoped. However, there are many Easter-themed resources already available on readilearn and, now that you can purchase them individually, access is even easier.
Previous posts provide many suggestions to keep the learning in fun Easter lessons and activities, including:
Learning literacy and mathematics with Easter classroom activities
Delivery – just in time for Easter
Favourite Easter-themed lessons
One of my favourite lessons is Easter Delivery: a fun story I wrote and produced as an interactive lesson to support the development of mathematical understanding of number combinations to ten.
This video tells you about it.

Norah, sorry you’re not well, hope you didn’t pick up my virus! Gorgeous spring holiday weather here in the UK with gardening, walking, singing and relaxing and reading of course on the cards for me. Hope you can enjoy the break.

Thank you, Anne. I hope so too. You were laid under for a while. It’s just a week for me so far and I think I’m on the mend. Your weather sounds glorious. I’d love to be there enjoying it with you.
Our weekend is wet so far and it’s predicted to be the same all week. It’s wonderful to get the rain but not so good for all those who thought they’d make the most of the season’s last warm long weekend at the beach.

I’m hoping we get the rain forecast for next week. It’s very dry here. Hope you continue to mend.

Here’s hoping that the Easter break sees you well on the way to recovery Norah … the body’s immune system is very clever in telling you that it needs rest. Rest relaxation recovery recuperation – 🙂
A blessed Easter to you and family!

Thanks so much, Kate. I’ve been taking it very slowly. Sadly, I’ve had no choice. 😦 I think I’m on the mend now, but still a way to go – hopefully by the weekend, I’ll be tearing up the keyboard again.
You have a wonderful Easter holiday too. 🙂

Norah, I hope your dose of pre-winter shivers leaves you soon and you get to enjoy some free time over the Easter break – at the least I hope you get to have just the right amount of recuperation time.
